Qualifications

• Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus.
• Strong customer presence and excellent communication skills.

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Able to pass a drug test and background screening.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play akey role in guiding customers through their service experiencefrom start to finish. Pay Range
Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $38,500.00to$160,000 +.

Pay Defined:The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
