Job summary

Southern Palms Mazda is seeking a proactive Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our growing service department in Royal Palm Beach, FL. You will handle customer inquiries, document vehicle issues in our DMS, and guide customers through service steps while upholding our standards.

The ideal candidate has automotive advisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in automotive service advisory or related role.
• Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to maintenance and repair.
• Mazda or import experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns with the highest level of response and attention.
• Record issues and data into the Dealer Management System with attention to detail.
• Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and coordinate delivery or pickup with customers.
• Strive to give customers an outstanding service experience and uphold company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements -Service Advisor:

• 3 years of experience required
• Bilingual Spanish a Plus!
• Team Player
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to automotive maintenance and repair
• Mazda or Import experience is a plus
• X-Time experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
