Job summary

Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CA seeks a full-time Service Advisor to guide customers through their service experience from start to finish. You’ll be the trusted link between customers and our technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an informed, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus.
• Professional appearance and strong customer presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell service.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Able to pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and deliver a premium check-in experience.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. Pay Range

Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $38,500.00to$160,000 +.

Pay Defined:

The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
