You will greet guests, manage repair orders, and clearly present maintenance recommendations while obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring a smooth service lane flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership service writing is a strong plus.
• Professional appearance and strong customer presence are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell service to guests.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliability, punctuality and customer focus are required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver premium check-in experience.
• Write and manage repair orders with complete documentation.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and ethically; obtain approvals.
• Follow up on declined work to ensure safety and retention.
• Own the service lane flow: appointments, walk-ins, updates, and promise times.
• Coordinate with warranty providers and keep guests informed at every step.
