Hansel Ford of Napa is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to guide customers through their service experience from start to finish, in our Napa, CA dealership. • Dealership service writing experience is required.
• Professional appearance and strong customer presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell service.
• Ford Service Advisor experience is a huge plus.
• California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug test and criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and deliver a premium check-in experience.
• Write and manage repair orders with complete, accurate documentation.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and ethically; gain approvals.
• Follow up on declined work to ensure safety and retention.
• Own the service lane flow: appointments, walk-ins, updates, and promise times.
• Coordinate with warranty providers and keep guests informed at every step.

Pay Range
Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $36,500.00to$160,000 +.

Pay Defined:

The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
