Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers on arrival and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain service recommendations in clear language and upsell when appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow up with customers to update on vehicle status and satisfaction.
