Responsabilidades

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and the customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs based on walkthroughs and test drives.
• Explain technician recommendations in clear language and suggest upsell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Build product knowledge to help customers.
