Job summary

Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing service department in Wisconsin. You will determine automotive problems by listening to symptoms, clarify issues, conduct inspections, and prepare repair orders describing symptoms and repairs.

Experience is preferred but not required; training is available. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, proactive, and focused on world-class customer service with top CSI standards.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• Ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms; clarify the description of problems; conduct inspections; take test drives; check vehicle maintenance records; examine service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered; repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; enter RO into service database.
