Job summary

Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing service department in Wisconsin. You will determine automotive problems by listening to symptoms, clarify issues, conduct inspections, and prepare repair orders describing symptoms and repairs.

Experience is preferred but not required; training is available. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, proactive, and focused on world-class customer service with top CSI standards.

Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.
