Job summary

Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is hiring a full-time Service Technician for its busy, high-volume service department. ASE experience preferred.

You will diagnose mechanical problems, test parts and systems, and service vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines. You will also communicate with customers about issues and options, maintain knowledge through workshops, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• ASE experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Drug testing required.

POSITION

Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is hiring for a full-time Service Technician to work in our busy, high-volume service department. ASE experience preferred. Duties include:

• Diagnosing mechanical problems.
• Testing parts and systems to ensure proper function.
• Servicing vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with manufacturer and dealership recommendations.
• Communicating with customers about their vehicle issues, repairs, and options.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of required skills and best practices by attending workshops, seminars, or classes.
• Following OSHA safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have own tools, a good attitude, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Drug testing required.
