Ghent Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in our service department. You will be the first point of contact and coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Service Advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mindset.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn new technology and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by handling assignments for a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
