The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CDK and X-time experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
