Job summary

Mazda of Wesley Chapel, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our award-winning service team. You will own the customer experience from write-up to delivery and help customers understand maintenance and repair needs.

Candidates should have 2+ years of service advisor experience, Mazda dealership exposure preferred, CDK experience a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• Mazda or manufacturer dealership experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns

What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
