Mazda of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a high-performing Lithia & Driveway team. Join a dealership that delivers strong service performance and repeat business through trusted customer relationships.

In this role you will guide customers from write-up to delivery, document concerns, and recommend maintenance while coordinating with technicians to ensure satisfaction and service sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Mazda dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to advise customers on maintenance and repair needs.

What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair needs
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Build long-term relationships that create repeat service business
• Consistently work toward customer satisfaction and service sales objectives

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Mazda or manufacturer dealership experience strongly preferred
• CDK experience is a plus!
• Proven ability to advise customers on maintenance and repair needs
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy dealership service environment
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Confidence presenting recommended services and helping customers make informed decisions
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
