Job summary

Lexus of Orange County is hiring a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and our technicians, developing repair estimates and repair orders to ensure high-quality service at a luxury dealership.

You will deliver a premium customer experience daily, drive profitability, and maintain top CSI and retention metrics while following warranty and service procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Service Advisor experience, Lexus experience preferred.
• Well-versed in using CDK.
• Consistently high CSI and customer retention scores.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between the customer and technician.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payments.
• Write accurate, profitable repair orders based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
• Deliver a premium luxury customer experience every day.
• Present inspection results with confidence to close work and maximize customer pay.
• Drive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performance.
• Maintain CSI, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Execute warranty and service processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2-3+ years of previous Service Advisor experience, Lexus experience preferred
• Well-versed in using CDK
• Consistently high CSIand customer retention scores
• Courteous and professional communication skills
• Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
• Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
