Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in our state-of-the-art service departments to bridge technicians and customers. You’ll move beyond the desk to engage in the service lane and explain repairs with clarity while spotting up-sell opportunities for safety.

You’ll greet customers, identify vehicle needs during walk-arounds, prepare transparent repair estimates, and keep communication open with technicians and guests to ensure excellent service and loyalty.
