AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to join our nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day and building customer loyalty that spans generations. You’ll explain technician recommendations in clear language and identify up-sell opportunities to keep drivers safe.

In our state-of-the-art service departments, the Service Advisor works between technicians and customers, scheduling appointments, providing transparent cost estimates, and ensuring a smooth, trusted service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer experience required.
• Ability to meet sales goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs via walk-around, inspections and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling approach to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
