Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the vehicle service process
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues; communicate repair recommendations
• Prepare and present repair orders, cost estimates, and service timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and follow up on status updates
• Upsell and recommend preventive maintenance based on vehicle needs
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
