Integrity 1st Car Pros – North Dallas Location is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle issues, and guide repairs from start to finish at our North Dallas service center.

About the Role

Integrity 1st Car Pros is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at our North Dallas location! This is your opportunity to be the face of a trusted automotive service brand, guiding customers through their vehicle repair experience with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the vehicle service process
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle issues, and communicate repair recommendations
• Prepare and present repair orders, cost estimates, and service timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairsFollow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional work
• Upsell and recommend preventive maintenance services based on vehicle needs
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Experience with auto shop management software or DMS platforms is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A team-first attitude with a commitment to honesty and integrity
