Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking motivated Service Advisors to join our growing service center in Irving, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers, explaining maintenance and repair options and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services in an automotive environment.
• Ability to explain maintenance options and costs clearly to customers.
• Proven customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and options.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, and payments.
• Promote additional services to support department revenue goals.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders with technicians.
• Coordinate with loaner vehicles and verify insurance information.
• Provide timely service updates throughout the repair process.
