Job summary

Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between customers and our service team. You’ll greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.

The role is a second shift position with weekday and every third Saturday hours. On-site environment with fast pace; requires 1–3 years in a dealership or service role, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a dealership or service role.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with DMS software (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and open repair orders
• Communicate technician recommendations
• Present estimates and get service approvals
• Keep customers updated on vehicle statusCoordinate drop-off and pickup
