AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge service technicians and customers in our nationwide network. You will explain recommendations in plain language and identify up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and well maintained.

You’ll greet customers, set appointments, and ensure transparency on costs while aiming to meet sales and satisfaction targets. Strong communication and tech comfort are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience skills required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Set and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around.
• Explain technician recommendations in plain language and suggest up-sell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates with full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and preferred communication.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
