Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Troy dealership team. You will greet customers, assess concerns, explain repairs and costs, and schedule service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include walkarounds, writing repair orders, providing accurate estimates, and securing approvals. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Explain to customers what needs to be done, cost, and service completion time.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds to assess needs and opportunities for services.
• Obtain customer agreement for service needs and inspections.
• Provide accurate repair orders and upfront pricing; obtain approvals for findings.
