Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor. Earn $70k–$100k annually with a commission plan, plus benefits. You must have open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; the role supports dealership operations and customer demand.

Greet customers, document concerns, and translate them into repair orders. You will explain recommended services, provide updates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role.
• Previous experience using CDK.
• Time management – managing one's own time and time of others.
• Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
