Job summary

Porsche Novi is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to own the customer experience from intake to delivery. You’ll manage repair orders, set clear expectations, and be the essential link between customers and technicians.

Bring proven service-writer or advisor experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a tireless commitment to quality. A high school diploma and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor.
• Background as an automotive technician is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles.
• Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and service timelines.
• Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
• Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:
