Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership service department preferred.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Listen to customer needs and report all symptoms described.
• Determine maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare complete cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up times and monitor progress of each vehicle.
• Keep customers updated on status and changes throughout the day.
• Verify invoice accuracy against performed work.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
