Suburban Plymouth Cadillac in Plymouth, MI seeks an experienced Service Advisor to manage the customer experience from start to finish, coordinate repair orders, and serve as the link between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include building repair estimates, handling warranties, communicating clearly, maintaining records, and promoting service specials; applicants should have strong communication, multitasking, and automotive knowledge.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor.
• Background as automotive technician is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles.
• Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and timelines.
• Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
• Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships.
