Job summary

Pensacola Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service appointments, obtain vehicle data, and provide accurate cost estimates. You will greet customers, set promised times, and monitor repair progress, communicating changes and costs clearly.

You will advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs, maintain a high CSI, and uphold safety policies while interacting with customers and supporting the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing (background/MVR/drug/credit).

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Monitors repair progress and communicates changes to customers.
• Test-drives or refers to technician as needed.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index at or above regional averages.
• Advises customers on maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Follows safety policies and reports accidents immediately.
