Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data.
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
Provide accurate written labor and parts cost estimates and set promised times.
Monitor repair progress, inform customers of changes, and obtain authorization for additional work.
Test-drive vehicles or refer to test technician as needed.
Maintain CSI ratings at or above manufacturer/branch averages.
Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
Maintain standard hours per repair order.
Follow safety regulations and report accidents.
Exhibit professional appearance and strong communication.
Complete pre-employment checks and hold a valid driver license.
