Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) is hiring a Service Advisor in Georgia to greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and estimate repair costs within guidelines. You will work with the Service Manager and Shop Foremen to schedule tasks and ensure timely service and warranty compliance.

The role requires strong customer relations, 4+ years’ related experience, and leadership abilities. CDL is preferred and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• CDL (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in related field.
• Computer experience (preferred)
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate cost of repairs within guidelines and document warranty needs.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen.
• Ensure timely action and resolve disputes and warranty issues.
• Input repair orders into the data system and close orders.
• Maintain shop tools and supplies and report shortages.
• Communicate new service needs and upsell maintenance where appropriate.
• Participate in training to stay current on tech and warranty issues.
• Keep shop and office area clean and organized.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
