Qualifications

• Service Ad​visor experience is required; strong consultative sales background valued.
• Excellent communication skills with customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt service.
• Schedule service and return appointments after visits.
• Communicate vehicle status and costs to customers daily.
• Generate clear work orders and ensure warranty policy compliance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
