Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Reports directly to the Service Manager and assists in strategy and reporting.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score by owning the customer experience.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule service appointments and return visits after service.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• Generate clear work orders that reflect customer concerns and policies.
• Perform complete walk-around vehicle inspections.
• Communicate status and costs to customers daily.
• Deliver value to customers post-service with an active delivery process.
