Lithia & Driveway’s L0744 Subaru of Utica in Yorkville, NY seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, diagnose concerns, and present clear repair options. You’ll craft accurate estimates, manage ROs, and communicate timelines and costs with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Open availability including Saturdays, with the opportunity to earn commissions based on performance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive technician background is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

$64,000 – $91,000 annually (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
