Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong consultative sales background.
• Excellent communication with customers in person or by phone/email.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Reports directly to the Service Manager and assists in strategy and reporting.
• Maintain high Net Promoter Score by owning the customer experience.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule service appointments and create return appointments post-service.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Generate clear work orders conveying concerns and warranty standards.
• Perform complete walk-around vehicle inspections.
• Communicate status and costs daily to customers.
• Deliver value to customers through active delivery of services.
• Utilize tools to ensure top performance and generate loaner/rental docs.
