AutoNation is hiring a Service Advisor to bridge customers with our service technicians. You will explain technician recommendations in clear terms, identify needs from vehicle walks, and upsell maintenance opportunities to keep drivers safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs via walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Use consultative selling to plan ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Gain product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
