Job summary

All American Chevrolet of San Angelo is seeking a service-oriented professional to handle incoming calls and guide customers through service experiences. The role involves greeting customers, identifying needs, and coordinating repairs with technicians.

You will write repair orders in ADP, communicate costs, and ensure timely completion. The successful candidate will perform vehicle inspections, provide accurate estimates, and follow up with customers to keep them informed during the repair

Qualifications

• Typing to enter repair orders efficiently.
• Mathematics for service costs and making change.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow the ICC and ICC2 processes and greet customers.
• Identify, confirm and resolve customer concerns.
• Communicate with customers what needs to be done, cost and completion time.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess needs.
• Write accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and follow up on status.
• Process cash or credit payments for services performed.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer after service and explain next steps.
