Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Provide service estimates and upfront pricing; write repair orders in ADP.
• Dispatch orders to technicians and follow up with customers.
• Deliver vehicle to customer after service and explain completed work.
