You will engage customers with product and service knowledge, schedule appointments, and manage the dealership workflow to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process paperwork for vehicle concerns.
• Consult with mechanics on repairs and alternatives to avoid costly work.
• Explain products and services and upsell parts and services to customers.
• Answer questions about service outcomes, scheduling, drop-off and pick-up.
• Manage dealership workflow and scheduling to keep the service lane efficient.
• Call customers about service changes or pickup times and confirm appointments.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure accurate service invoicing and payments are processed smoothly.
• Coordinate with technicians to order and track parts as needed.
