Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team and provide outstanding customer service while coordinating with technicians to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles efficiently.

You will document issues, explain recommended services and costs, schedule appointments, and manage invoices and payments, ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues accurately.
