Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test and license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Provide explanations of recommended services and obtain approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles and timelines.
• Prepare and explain invoices with a breakdown of services.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
