Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Dealership experience.
• Two years of dealership experience.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Monitors repair progress and updates customers on changes; obtains approvals for additional work.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to the test technician as needed.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to manufacturer/zone/branch average.
• Advises customers on car care and maintenances per manufacturer specs.
• Maintains hours-per-R.O. written and follows safety policies.
