The role emphasizes customer communication, accurate documentation, and clear explanations of services, with responsibilities spanning appointment scheduling, billing, and ongoing customer follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Provide explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Communicate estimated costs and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

• Create and maintain detailed service records and invoices.
