Job summary

The Boucher Automotive Group in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the largest service departments in the region. This role focuses on customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a high-volume shop.

You will oversee daily operations, coach a team of professionals, and ensure high CSI scores. CDK software experience is mandatory, with OEM exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management or director-level roles.
• CDK experience is mandatory.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Drug testing required.
