Job summary

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha is looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service department. A sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates and resumes are kept confidential.

Qualifications

• CDK experience is preferred and CSI standards are valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, test drives, and review maintenance records.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, and required repairs; obtain approvals; enter RO into the service database.

POSITION

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates! Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system. All resumes received will be held in the highest confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. CDK experience is preferred. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
