Job summary

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is seeking a Service Advisor to diagnose automotive issues by listening to customers, review maintenance records, and conduct inspections and test drives. The role involves preparing repair orders with detailed descriptions and obtaining approvals, then logging the RO into the service database.

Previous dealership experience is preferred, and a clean driving record with drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Top-rated CSI standards and world-class customer service.
• Drug test required.

Job duties include but are not limited to: determining automotive problems and services by listening to the customer’s descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into the service database system. Previous dealership experience preferred. Clean driving record/drug test required.

Requirements

Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. ADP experience is preferred. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service. Drug test required.
