Job summary

Lake Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking Experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join Lake Chevrolet and Lake Ford in Milwaukee. Earn $75,000–$150,000+ per year with salary plus commissions and monthly performance bonuses.

Paid training provided and no weekends. We offer paid in-house and Manufacturer training, health and other benefits, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression.

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Experienced Advisors $75,000–$150,000+ annually

Entry-Level Advisors $50,000–$75,000+ annually

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities while you complete our paid training program.
