Job summary

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is seeking a Service Advisor to diagnose automotive issues by listening to customers, review maintenance records, and conduct inspections and test drives. The role involves preparing repair orders with detailed descriptions and obtaining approvals, then logging the RO into the service database.

Previous dealership experience is preferred, and a clean driving record with drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• ADP experience preferred.
• Top-rated CSI standards and world-class customer service.
• Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to the customer’s descriptions of symptoms.
• Clarify the description of problems.
• Conduct inspections and taking test drives.
• Check vehicle maintenance records and examination of service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes, repairs and services; obtain approvals and enter RO into the service database.
