Job summary

Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville seeks a Service Advisor to interpret customer-reported issues, communicate effective service plans, and coordinate vehicle repairs. You will work with the service team to diagnose problems, prepare repair orders, and ensure accurate documentation in the service database.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions.

POSITION

Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville islooking to hire a Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.

REQUIREMENTS

Ford & CDK experience preferred. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
