Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a passion for service.

• Ability to inspect vehicles at check-in and report symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer has an excellent experience during visit.
• Greet customers warmly and promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Establish follow up time.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Engage customer to understand and approve recommended services and repair.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
