Job summary
Tallahassee Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences and coordinate vehicle service at our Tallahassee dealership. You will greet customers warmly, collect vehicle information, inspect vehicles at check-in, report symptoms clearly, and prepare accurate labor and parts estimates for approval.

Qualifications
- Experience in automotive dealership environments.
- Ability to greet customers and gather vehicle information accurately.
- Ability to explain services and costs clearly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers have an excellent experience during visit.
- Greet customers warmly and promptly.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information and inspect vehicle at check-in.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Establish follow up time and communicate progress.
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Explain completed work and charges to customers.
- Monitor progress and update customers regularly.
